We collect information you provide through the contact form (name, email address, organization, and message) and through the LAIMA application (account information, inventory data, and usage records). The website also uses Pirsch Analytics for privacy-focused page-view analytics.
Website analytics
Pirsch Analytics records page paths, referrals, campaign parameters, visit times, approximate location, language, and browser and device information. It also measures outbound link clicks, file downloads, signup-link clicks, and completed registrations in the LAIMA application. Pirsch uses a hash of the IP address, browser user-agent, date, and a site-specific salt to recognize visitors for up to 24 hours. It does not store IP addresses or use cookies. We use these statistics to understand website usage and improve the website.
How we use your data
Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry. Application data (inventory items, consumption records, reports) is used exclusively to provide you with the LAIMA service. We do not analyze your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than delivering the service you signed up for.
Data ownership
Your data belongs to you. All inventory records, consumption data, reports, and other content you create within LAIMA remain your intellectual property. You can export your data at any time and request complete deletion of your account and all associated data.
Data storage and security
All data is stored on EU-based servers. Data is encrypted both in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). We perform regular backups and follow industry-standard security practices to protect your information.
Third-party sharing
We do not sell or rent your data. Essential providers support hosting, email delivery, contact-form delivery, and privacy-focused website analytics. They process information only to provide those services. Emvi Software GmbH (Pirsch Analytics) provides the website analytics described above.
Cookies
This website does not set analytics or advertising cookies. Your color-theme preference is stored only in your browser local storage, and Pirsch Analytics does not use cookies. The separate LAIMA application uses an essential session cookie to keep you securely logged in.
