We collect information you provide through the contact form (name, email address, organization, and message) and through the LAIMA application (account information, inventory data, and usage records). The website also uses TelemetryDeck for privacy-focused page-view analytics.
Website analytics
TelemetryDeck receives the page URL, referrer and campaign parameters, approximate country, browser, operating system, device type, an hourly timestamp, and a daily anonymized visitor identifier. The identifier cannot recognize a visitor across different days or websites. TelemetryDeck does not use cookies or fingerprinting and does not store IP addresses. We use this aggregated information only to understand page usage and improve the website.
How we use your data
Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry. Application data (inventory items, consumption records, reports) is used exclusively to provide you with the LAIMA service. We do not analyze your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than delivering the service you signed up for.
Data ownership
Your data belongs to you. All inventory records, consumption data, reports, and other content you create within LAIMA remain your intellectual property. You can export your data at any time and request complete deletion of your account and all associated data.
Data storage and security
All data is stored on EU-based servers. Data is encrypted both in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). We perform regular backups and follow industry-standard security practices to protect your information.
Third-party sharing
We do not sell or rent your data. Essential providers support hosting, email delivery, contact-form delivery, and privacy-focused website analytics. They process information only to provide those services. TelemetryDeck GmbH provides the website analytics described above.
Cookies
This website does not set analytics or advertising cookies. Your color-theme preference is stored only in your browser local storage, and TelemetryDeck does not use cookies. The separate LAIMA application uses an essential session cookie to keep you securely logged in.
